Andrei Lisikov
Technology Executive · Engineering depth + business ownership
Andrei Lisikov is a Technology Executive whose career connects software and architecture depth with product, engineering and company leadership. He is Managing Director of WiredMinds, an established B2B SaaS company now part of Dealfront.
Technical foundations
Andrei began in software development and moved into IT architecture. The transition changed the level of the questions he was responsible for: from how a feature should be implemented to how systems, information, users and business processes should work together.
His subsequent work spanned automotive, mobility, industrial technology, robotics and enterprise software environments. Across these settings, architecture became a basis for coordinating delivery, vendors, security and privacy constraints, product requirements and long-term system decisions.
This technical background remains part of his executive work. It enables him to challenge architecture, product, platform, data and engineering decisions at depth while keeping ownership at company level—not to operate as the chief individual contributor.
From programmes to operating responsibility
As his remit expanded, Andrei moved from technical leadership into responsibility for delivery capability, people, customers and operating structures. As Technical Director at AraCom, he contributed to building the Stuttgart unit, led across locations, supported enterprise delivery and brought technical judgment into the sales process.
External engagements in the Mercedes-Benz environment added experience in connected mobility, enterprise architecture and the coordination of complex delivery contexts. These were external technology engagements, not direct employment by Mercedes-Benz.
Product, technology and company leadership
Andrei joined WiredMinds as CTO and later assumed company leadership. At WiredMinds, his remit grew across:
- product portfolio and platform direction;
- engineering, infrastructure and release capability;
- data and AI-enabled product capability;
- customers, partnerships and commercial initiatives;
- company-wide financial, operating and commercial responsibility.
The work was not limited to lowering technology cost. It combined the modernization of a mature SaaS platform and operating structure with product-portfolio expansion, new revenue streams, customer acquisition and stronger partnerships. WiredMinds returned to profitability under his leadership.
Acquisition and continuing responsibility
WiredMinds was acquired by Dealfront in 2025. Andrei was the primary company-side executive across legal, financial and technology due diligence. The main shareholder, Creathor Ventures, retained responsibility for transaction negotiations.
After the acquisition, Andrei continues to lead WiredMinds within Dealfront. His integration responsibility includes people, product, data, commercial systems, customer continuity and AI at an umbrella level. Confidential integration design, customer information and unannounced group decisions remain private.

Applied AI as an executive capability
AI is an extension of Andrei's product, engineering and operating responsibility.
He advised Perspectix AG on the feasibility and product implications of AI-enabled configuration for complex industrial software. The mandate considered not only model capability, but also product logic, data quality, explainability, integration, maintainability and economics.
For a Zurich-based MarTech venture, he contributed to an agentic-AI platform, product strategy and AI-enabled business models. The company remains unnamed and the engagement dates remain private.
These selected mandates add a direct Swiss market signal and applied-AI depth to the broader operating career.
Operating perspective
Andrei's central belief is that technology should improve the product, the organization and the economics of the business together.
That requires translation in both directions: business priorities into product, architecture and operating decisions; and technical reality into choices that shareholders, finance, customers and management can act on. The point of technical depth is not to win an architecture argument. It is to make better company decisions.
