This page distinguishes public third-party corroboration from professional references held as private documentary evidence. Together, the sources support Andrei Lisikov’s progression from software and architecture into product, technology and company leadership.
Public links lead to the original organization, acquirer, partner or transaction adviser. Private professional references are described but are not available for download.
Investor and shareholder perspective
Documentary evidence — professional reference held privately
A professional reference from Creathor Ventures documents the progression from CTO responsibility into company leadership at WiredMinds. It supports technology and operating restructuring, product and commercial development, financial and M&A judgment, company-side due diligence, shareholder trust and entrepreneurial leadership.
The reference is used as qualitative evidence, not as a source for the disputed management chronology, unpublished economics or a qualification claim. Transaction negotiations are not attributed to Andrei.
Applied AI and Switzerland
Documentary evidence — professional reference held privately
A professional reference from Perspectix AG documents an external advisory mandate in Zurich focused on the feasibility and product implications of AI-supported inputs for industrial configuration software. The work covered natural-language requirements, product logic, data quality, explainability, integration, maintainability and economics, and concluded with a documented handover to specialist and development teams.
The reference records that the findings informed subsequent product planning around AI-supported input capabilities. Perspectix later published its move to open the P’X Industry Solution to AI-supported inputs; that public announcement describes the product direction, but does not identify Andrei or imply that he built the released capability.

Leadership perspective
Public recommendation — former direct-report context
A public LinkedIn recommendation from a former direct report describes a high-trust, respectful and non-micromanaging leadership style: creating room for ownership while remaining motivating, technically credible and hands-on when needed. It supports the people-leadership dimension of the operating record without turning a recommendation into evidence for company outcomes.
Technical foundation
Documentary evidence — employment and professional references held privately
Employment references from AraCom document technical leadership, work on the Stuttgart unit, cross-location people leadership, technical support in the sales cycle and technology evaluation. An Allgeier employment reference documents an external engagement in the Mercedes-Benz and Daimler environment across solution architecture, connected mobility and technical project leadership; it does not imply direct employment by Mercedes-Benz.
Earlier records from AraCom, new direction and NOWSHARE support the progression through software development, architecture, requirements, enterprise integration, technical project leadership and semantic information systems. They provide career continuity, not executive case studies, and no private reference scan, confidential project detail or withheld metric is published.
